and im finally getting back into the swing of a healthy diet and exercising daily.
what more could I ask for, honestly.
this blog is pretty much about all of the above.. ^
however, not always in a positive light.
I just happen to be caught up in a runner's high, so im happy as a freshman boy on his first day of high school.
